• Incumbent Williams retains 38th District state Senate seat (triblive.com) — West View’s Lindsey Williams won a third term representing Pennsylvania’s 38th Senate District, defeating Republican Thomas West, according to unofficial Allegheny County results. The Democratic incumbent returns in January with plans to address living costs, push rules changes aimed at on-time state budgets and bring funding to the district.
