The incident occurred back in April 2023 at Margera's home in Pocopson Township, known as Castle Bam, on the 400 block of Hickory Hill Road.

Jesse Margera told police that his brother banged on his locked bedroom door early on Sunday, and left a note containing threats against his family of what he would do if Jesse called the police, according to court records.

Bam Margera fled into the woods outside his home before later turning himself in to state police at the Avondale barracks.

It was the latest bit of legal trouble for Margera, who had also faced charges after a confrontation at the Radnor Hotel.

Margera's family expressed hopes that Bam would get the help he needed.

"It's the constant death threats against my parents and other family members that I'm not just gonna sit there and tolerate," Jesse Margera wrote on social media after last year's incident. "He is a danger to himself and anyone around him and that is unacceptable."

Known for his tricks and pranks as a professional skateboarder and stunt man, Margera grew up in West Chester and owns a home in the borough in addition to his residence in Pocopson.
