- Consider the draft settlement agreement with First Presbyterian Church resolving their appeal of the denial of their land development plan for a church expansion.
- Consider the Planning Zoning Business & Industrial Development Committee recommendation to propose a map revising ward boundaries based on 2010 Census results with final adoption to be scheduled in June or July.
- Consider the Public Works Committee recommendation to direct that the Christmas Tree chipping and disposal program strictly apply the two week limit for collection.
- Consider the Public Safety Committee recommendation to propose an ordinance to designate a stop intersection for W. Gay Street both directions at Brandywine Street.
- Consider the Finance Committee recommendation to propose an amendment to the Administrative Code to require the re-appointment of professional consultants including the Borough Engineer, Borough Solicitor and Borough Planning Consultant every two years in January of odd numbered years.
