Breaking: Snowfall is causing an early closure of offices in Chester County.
WEST CHESTER, PA — Snowfall throughout the region is causing an early closure of offices in Chester County.
Officials announced that county government facilities and courts will close at 4 p.m.
Up to three inches has been predicted for the area. Snow began falling early Friday afternoon.
