PNC Arts Alive First Sundays for Families
Sunday, May 3, 10 a.m. to noon. Free admission until noon.
Experience Horace Pippin’s bold use of color and experiment with vibrant hues while learning more about this renowned artist, the subject of the Brandywine’s latest exhibition. From 11 a.m. to 12:15p.m, author Jen Bryant will sign copies of her children’s book, A Splash of Red: The Life and Art of Horace Pippin, followed at 1 p.m. by a presentation about how she researched and wrote the book.
