Free Family-Friendly Fall Fun at GFS Harvest Fair (Oct. 12)!

Goshen Friends School's open house/harvest fair features fall activities, pony rides, games, crafts, & more - all free to the community!

Goshen Friends School invites the community to its annual Harvest Fair & Open House to be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 12 noon to 3 p.m. (rain date: October 19).

The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature pony rides, face-painting, crafts, games, moonbounces, and other fun activities for toddlers and preschool-age children. Free food and beverages will also be provided.

Families will have an opportunity to tour Goshen Friends' 10-acre campus, meet the teachers, and learn more about the school's philosophy of play-centered, dynamic instruction that nurtures the individual child.

Goshen Friends School, located at 814 N. Chester Rd. in West Chester, is an independent Quaker school serving students in preschool and pre-kindergarten. The GFS curriculum helps children grow academically, creatively, and socially through a curriculum that builds early math and language arts skills, emphasizes outdoor play, and offers varied enrichment opportunities. Weekly specials classes are offered in art, music, Spanish, and outdoor education.
