The borough of WestChester Historical & Architectural Board conducted the Recitation contest of Lincoln’s Gettysburg address on Friday , Dec 1st in Lincoln Building in Westchester. Almost 70 kids competed in this competition & seven made it to the final round. Pranav Muthaiyan of J.R.
