Gov. Wolf Visits Chester County As Part Of Employment Tour

BLUE BELL, PA - Blue Bell boats some of the best paying jobs in the region, and people are noticing.

Governor Tom Wolf stopped by PRA Health Sciences new offices on Monday as part of his ”Jobs That Pay” tour, according to the Times Herald.

PRA, located on Arbor Way, routinely has salaries for opening positions starting at around $100,000.

“(I’m here) because they are producing the kinds of jobs that the average compensation is $95,000 a year,” Wolf told the Times Herald. “They’re building on a base that we have here in Pennsylvania with great universities and great institutions of higher learning. It’s helpful for me to understand what attracts companies like this to Pennsylvania.”

Wolf added that the success of the local business reflected the number of talented individuals either residing in the area or willing to move to the area, the report states.

Wolf also made a stop earlier in the day at the Universal Pasteurization Company in Malvern.

Officials with both companies noted they were excited about how Pennsylvania could help them increase their talent acquisition process.
