Lead Emerges In Year-Long Investigation Into Chester Co. Killing

WEST CHESTER, PA — The body of a man who was shot to death was found in Chester County in Feb. 2018. Now, investigators think they might have a lead.
The body of Twain Darrell Cleveland, a 36-year-old man from Philadelphia. was found on the 1200 block of Allerton Road in East Bradford back on Feb. 21, 2018.
He was discovered by workers clearing brush from underneath a PECO tower. Police said he died from a gunshot wound from above his left eye.

An investigation determined that Cleveland was last seen on Feb. 18 at aroun 4:45 a.m. He was leaving the VIP After-Hours Club at I and Tioga streets in Philadelphia.

With him were two people who are now considered "persons of interest" in his homicide: Ernest Lee Hill, of Wilmington, and an unidentified woman, who is pictured above.
