March 28: Ducklings Early Learning Center Glenmoore Hosts Spring Open House

Ducklings Early Learning Center in Glenmoore, Pa. invites local families to celebrate the season with an open house on Saturday, March 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Owner Brié Anna Gricco, a local parent and early education professional, welcomes the community for springtime activities featuring an Easter Egg hunt and, of course, a visit from the Easter Bunny, with photos available from 10-11:30 a.m. Tours of the center, located at 1556 Horseshoe Pike in Glenmoore, will also be available for families considering enrollment.

With classrooms tailored for children six weeks through six years of age, Ducklings Early Learning Center creates a safe, nurturing atmosphere where students build essential skills through activities guided by highly trained, degreed teachers. Glenmoore’s bright, inviting library, large gym that accommodates a variety of events and activities, and two outdoor playgrounds provide endless opportunities for growth, play, and exploration. Guided by its proprietary Here We Grow!™ curriculum, Ducklings offers a well-rounded foundation that inspires whole-child development and places play at the heart of its educational philosophy.

Brié Anna Gricco, who lives with her husband, Andrew, and children, Soul and Nollie, in East Fallowfield, graduated from Widener University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education PreK-4th and Special Education PreK-8th, as well as a Master of Education as a Reading Specialist PreK-12th. She has over 16 years of experience in the early education field, including active involvement with Widener University’s Child Development Center and Pennsylvania PreK Counts. She serves on the board of the Delaware County Early Childhood Education Association, has served as president of two different PTOs, and volunteers her time for various community and educational events. She looks forward to bringing her extensive skillset, hands-on learnings, and passion for early education to local Chester County families.

Every day at Ducklings Glenmoore, students participate in multi-sensory experiences that promote creative expression, curiosity, and an appreciation for the outdoors. Ducklings also encourages the development of social skills, manners, and self-confidence through play, lessons, and positive social interaction.
