Crozer-Keystone Health System invites you to an open house celebration for our new Barclay Square Community Health Center in Upper Darby. The Center, which is funded in part through a $500,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, officially opened on May 19, 2014.
Meet the team, enjoy free refreshments, chair massages and screenings (including blood pressure, osteoporosis heel scans, and finger-stick glucose screenings). Participants will also be able to sign up for their annual screening mammograms as well as the Health Centers’ low-cost insurance plan.
