'Protect Mueller' Protest Happening In West Chester Thursday

"Bring a flashlight, your outrage and your fellow patriots," organizers said.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Local progressives are organizing a protest at the courthouse in West Chester Thursday to "protect" Robert Mueller, the head of the Special Counsel Investigation looking into Russian interference in the 2016 elections.

The event is protesting the replacement of Attorney General Jeff Sessions with Matthew Whitaker, a Trump supporter who, in his new position, will by default be in charge of the Mueller probe.

"Bring a flashlight, your outrage and your fellow patriots," said organizers, who fear the integrity of the investigation will be compromised by the new appointment.
