WEST CHESTER, PA — A scholarship has been created to honor the memory of Bianca Roberson, a 2017 West Chester Rustin High School graduate killed in a road rage shooting earlier this summer.
The West Chester Area School District said that the school board approved the scholarship at their monthly July meeting just days ago.
The details of the scholarship are still being ironed out, but the Roberson family will work with a school committee to select recipients of the scholarship.

According to her obituary, the 18-year-old Roberson planned on attending Jacksonville University in the fall on a four-year merit scholarship to study criminal justice.
"Bianca was so kind hearted where she wanted to save the world. If you didn’t have a place to stay she would sleep in the car with you and go so far as to give you the shirt off her back," her obituary reads.
