With more than 10 years of real estate sales experience, Shoemaker is a sales associate affiliated with the Exton office of Coldwell Banker Preferred. Shoemaker has earned Philadelphia Magazine’s 5 Star Professional Award eight years running, The Expert Network Award in 2016 for real estate and Coldwell Banker Achiever’s Society award in 2016.

Shoemaker has been a resident of Chester and Delaware Counties for more than 20 years and has an associate’s degree in business management from Delaware County Community College. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Suburban West Realtors Association. Shoemaker cites John McClatchy, who recently passed away in February 2017, as her professional mentor and dedicates this recognition in loving memory of her father, Jack Dyson.
