Stabbing Woman Lands West Goshen Teen In Juvenile Facility

A 15-year-was arrested on charges of attempted murder for stabbing a woman numerous times in a parking lot in West Goshen Township.

WEST GOSHEN, PA —A 15-year-old boy was arrested Thursday on charges of stabbing a woman he was infatuated with on April 2 at a parking lot in the 100 block of North Five Points Road, police said.

The boy is in the Chester County Youth Center in lieu of $275,000 bail on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, and related charges after being arraigned by District Judge John Hipple.

Police said the boy is being charged as an adult.

According to a criminal complaint:

The juvenile approached a 21-year-old woman walking along a path from a West Goshen shopping center to her residence in East Goshen Manor.

The masked juvenile then stabbed the victim numerous times and fled.

The victim was taken to the Chester County Hospital and later transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center for treatment.
