Desper was charged with shooting and killing Bianca Roberson, a West Chester Rustin High School graduate, while driving on Route 100 just north of Route 202 on June 28, 2017.
The incident spawned a four day, three-state manhunt for the suspect, who ultimately turned out to be Desper. Desper, his attorney by his side, turned himself in to the West Goshen Police Department on July 2.
