The West Chester East Vikings' season came to an end on Thursday with a 7-3 loss to Methacton in the District 1 consolation bracket.
If the Vikings' had won, they would have qualified for the state tournament as the fifth seed out of District One.

East managed to get back a run in the bottom of the seventh when Bill Krebs hit an RBI infield single bringing home Greg Corialos.
East finished the season with a 19-4 record the Ches-Mont National Division Championship.
