Wet, humid weather to return!

If you didn't get enough of the tropical weather last week you are in luck. The cold front that pushed through the region over the weekend, providing us with a comfortable Sunday, will return as a warm front on Tuesday. As the warm front lifts north on Tuesday, moist and humid air will overspread the area. As was the case last week, we will not see continuous rainfall but off and on showers and storms. Due to the amount of moisture in the atmosphere any shower or storm will be able to put down a lot of rain in a short period of time. The combination of saturated soil and heavy rainfall could lead to localized flooding. The weather looks to improve on Sunday.
