• Dorothy C. OUTMAN, 81, of Westfield, PA (solomonswords.net) — Westfield neighbors are mourning the passing of 81-year-old Dorothy C. Outman, a longtime resident who worked at several local businesses and was active in area bowling leagues. She died Sunday, April 19, at UPMC Wellsboro and is remembered by her daughters, extended family, and many local connections. Her family will hold private remembrances and suggests memorials to a charity of your choice.
