His phone was first seized following an arrest in Wilkes-Barre Township, and he now remains jailed without bail as multiple related cases move through Luzerne County courts.

Penn State will sell 2 of the campuses it is closing for a combined $6.25M (wfmz.com) — Penn State has approved selling its Wilkes-Barre campus in Lehman Township to Texas-based HGC Development, which plans a multiuse site including a golf club, event venue, and educational uses. Local officials say the project should fit municipal plans and finally generate tax revenue, as the property shifts from a tax-exempt university campus to private ownership.
