• A Rock Hill Farm Settlement Would Preserve Acres, but Also Allow for New Homes (vista.today) — Willistown Township is weighing a settlement that would permanently preserve 166 acres of Rock Hill Farm while still allowing up to 18 large residential lots on the remaining land. The Willistown Conservation Trust would hold the conservation easement, and the township could also preserve an adjacent 24-acre parcel using open space funds. Residents are split between accepting the compromise and urging officials to keep fighting in court.
