• Wyndmoor man sent to prison for armed robbery attempt at Kohl's in Limerick (pottsmerc.com subscription) — A 21-year-old Wyndmoor resident has been sentenced to 6 to 15 years in state prison for a series of armed robberies in late 2024, including a thwarted holdup at a Kohl’s in Limerick. Prosecutors said victims remain traumatized, while an off-duty Lower Merion detective was honored for intervening and helping police quickly arrest the suspects.
