• Pennswalk, a 4-story mixed-use development, is coming to Wyndmoor in 2027 (glensidelocal.com) — A major four-story mixed-use project called Pennswalk is planned along East Willow Grove Avenue in the Glenside/Wyndmoor area, bringing 21 apartments and new retail and office space by late summer 2027. Existing vacant storefronts and a parcel will be consolidated, one 2,000-square-foot ground-floor commercial space is still available to lease, and an established veterinary tenant has already committed to the building.
