$1.5M Homes Under Construction In Lower Makefield

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — Construction of 47 single-family homes is underway in the township.

Toll Brothers has introduced Oakvale at Yardley, a Surrey Lane development of single-family homes on half-acre lots, with floor plans ranging from 3,677 square feet to more than 5,210 square feet.

Toll Brothers said prices for the homes begin at $1.5 million.

Homes will offer four to five bedrooms, three to six bathrooms and two- to four-car garages.

Also available are options including two-story great rooms, first-floor bedroom suites, lofts and side-entry garages.

Toll Brothers said the homes are close to shopping and dining in Yardley and Newtown boroughs and are located in the Pennsbury School District.

The homes also offer easy access to Interstates 95 and 295, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
