1 Dead In Apartment Building Fire In Lower Bucks: Coroner
A Saturday morning fire claimed the life of a resident of an apartment building in Morrisville, the Bucks County Coroner's Office said.

MORRISVILLE, PA —A resident died in a fire at a 2-story apartment building early Saturday morning, authorities said.
The Bucks County Coroner's Office said that a person was killed in the fire at a 2-story apartment building on Plaza Boulevard.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation by the Morrisville Fire Marshal.

The Morrisville Fire Company said it responded to the apartment building fire just before 6 a.m. Saturday, receiving assistance from the Falls Township Fire Company No. 1 and the Levittown Fire Company No. 2.
Morrisville's fire chief arrived to find a well-advanced fire, burning through the roof of the two-story apartment building. Engine 98 arrived shortly after and went into service.

It took fire crews four hours to bring the blaze under control.
"Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragic event," the Morrisville Fire Company posted on Facebook.
The Falls Township Fire Company No. 1 also extended its condolences in a Facebook post.
The American Red Cross was at the scene to assist residents who were displaced by the blaze.
