11 Miles Of Road Paving Nearly Complete In Lower Makefield Township
Woodside Road, Creamery Road, and the Maplevale Development are expected to be finished by Friday, Lower Makefield Township officials said.

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —Lower Makefield Township is close to wrapping up its 2022 paving project with a few more roads to go.
Township officials reported that 11 miles of road paving are nearly complete.
The final sections of Woodside Road, Creamery Road, and the Maplevale Development are expected to be completed by Friday, township officials said.

In other township news:
- Work on the pickleball and tennis courts should be completed Tuesday. A contractor had been working on a punch list of items from the court installation.
- The LMT Dog Park has 2 new hydration stations for both people and their dogs thanks to the Parks and Recreation crew.
Meanwhile, the township held its 16th annual Veterans Parade and Commemorative Ceremony on Saturday. The parade took place at the intersection of Edgewood and Long Acre Road and proceeded toward the Veterans Square Monument. A brief ceremony honoring veterans was held at Veterans Square Park.
