$17,000 Car Stolen, 3 Bike Thefts Top Morrisville Police Crimes

The Morrisville Borough Police Department released its police blotter of criminal incidents for the period of Sept. 6 to Sept. 26.

MORRISVILLE, PA —Police reported the theft of a $17,000 green Ford F350 stolen from the DA Motors parking lot on the 400 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue on Sept. 14.

That was one of the crimes listed by the Morrisville Borough Police Department in its police blotter of criminal incidents covering the period from Sept. 6 to Sept. 26.

During that time, police handled a vehicle theft, three bike thefts, three DUIs, two burglaries and three warrants.

  • Theft from Motor Vehicle – 09/06/22 @ 12:15 p.m.– Report of loose change, a deactivated cash app card and social security card were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Value: $5
  • Arrest/Simple Assault – 09/06/22 @ 9:05 p.m. – Deyana Brooks, 25, was arrested for simple assault and other related charges for an incident that occurred on the 300 block of Plaza Boulevard. She was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
  • Arrest/Public Drunkeness – 09/06/22 @ 10:33 p.m. – A 48-year-old man was cited for public drunkenness for an incident that occurred in the Seven Eleven parking lot on South Pennsylvania Avenue.
  • Arrest/Public Drunkeness/Criminal Mischief – 09/09/22 @ 01:03 p.m. – A 46-year-old woman was cited for Public Drunkenness and Criminal Mischief for an incident that occurred on the 100 block of Centre Street.
  • Arrest/Trespassing/Harassment – 09/09/22 @ 6:14 p.m. and 10:55 p.m.– A 54-year-old man will be cited for Trespassing and Harassment for an incident at the Seven Eleven on South Pennsylvania Avenue.
  • Bicycle Theft – 09/10/22 @ 3:07 p.m. – Report of a red and white Titan bike stolen on the 400 block of South Washington Street. Value: $50
  • Arrest/DUI – 09/11/22 @ 04:48 a.m.– A 34-year-old man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence in the Mill Pond Shopping Center after an incident that occurred earlier on the unit block of East Hendrickson Avenue. He was processed and released.
  • Theft from Motor Vehicle – 09/12/22 @ 09:35 p.m. – Report of a SPX transmitter box was stolen from a work vehicle on the 300 block of West Maple Avenue. Value: $500
  • Arrest/DUI – 09/12/22 @ 8:12 p.m.– A 40-year-old woman was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a traffic accident on the 500 block of West Bridge Street. She was processed and released.
  • Arrest/Code Violation – 09/14/22 @ 01:36 a.m.– A 46-year-old woman was arrested for calling 911 numerous times throughout the evening for no legitimate purpose. She was processed and released.
  • Motor Vehicle Theft – 09/14/22 – Report of a green Ford F350 stolen from DA Motors parking lot on the 400 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue. Value: $17,000
  • Arrest/Harassment – 09/14/22 @ 8:36 p.m.– A 21-year-old woman was cited for harassment for two incidents that occurred on the 100 block of N. Delmorr Avenue.
  • Bicycle Theft – 09/15/22 @ 10:55 a.m. – Report of an unlocked black Valley mountain bike stolen from the bike rack at Morrisville High School. Value: $150
  • Arrest/Public Drunkeness – 09/18/22 @ 02:30 a.m.– Three men were cited for public Intoxication for an incident that occurred on the 600 block of Crown Street.
  • Arrest/Warrants – 09/18/22 @ 3:16 p.m.–A 32-year-old woman and 41-year-old man were arrested for Bucks County Sheriff’s warrants after a trespassing complaint on the 200 block of West Philadelphia Avenue. They were processed and released to the Sheriff’s Officers.
  • Arrest/Fraud – 09/21/22 @ 1:29 p.m.– Amaury Toro, 39, was arrested for fraud and other felony charges after attempting to withdraw money from the Citizens Bank and having a counterfeit driver’s license. The incident occurred on the 800 block of West Trenton Avenue.
  • Attempted Fraud – 09/21/22 @ 3:21 p.m.– Two males attempted to cash a fraudulent check for $996.28 at the Citizens Bank on the 800 block of West Trenton Avenue.
  • Arrest/Theft of Services – 09/21/22 @ 5:15 p.m.– A 50-year-old man was cited for illegally dumping wood into a private dumpster on the unit block of South Delmorr Avenue.
  • Warrant – 09/21/22 @ 11:33 p.m.– A warrant was issued for a 54-year-old man for trespassing and public drunkenness for an incident that occurred outside the Seven-Eleven on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.
  • Arrest/Warrant – 09/21/22 @ 11:52 p.m.– A 36-year-old man was arrested after a traffic stop on South Pennsylvania Avenue for a Bucks County Sheriff’s warrant. He was processed and released to the Sheriff.
  • Attempted Theft – 09/22/22 @ 04:08 p.m.– Report of an attempt to steal a catalytic converter off a Ford Excursion on the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenues. The owner was awoken after hearing a noise and went outside and observed a vehicle parked next to his vehicle. When he got closer to the vehicles, the two suspects fled the scene.
  • Burglary – 09/22/22 @ 5:35 p.m. – Report of two Quads and one Dirt Bike stolen from a locked storage unit on the unit block of South Delmorr Avenue. Value: $11,000
  • Arrest/Harassment – 09/23/22 @ 7:41 p.m.– A 36-year-old was cited for Harassment after a domestic incident on the unit block of North Pennsylvania Avenue.
  • Arrest/Code Violation – 09/25/22 —A 46-year-old woman will receive a summons for calling 911 numerous times overnight for no legitimate purpose.
  • Bicycle Theft – 09/25/22 @ 11:53 p.m.– Report of an Ecotric Peacedove electric city bike stolen on the 200 block of Moreau Street. Value: $1,000
  • Arrest/DUI – 09/25/11 @ 6:58 p.m.– A 34-year-old was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and other charges after a traffic accident on the 200 block of West Bridge Street. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
  • Arrest/DUI – 09/26/22 @ 1:39 a.m.– A 29-year-old was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a traffic accident on Route 1. He was processed and released.
  • Burglary – 09/26/22 @ - 9 a.m. – Report of an unsecured storage unit being forcibly entered on the unit block of South Delmorr Avenue and items stolen. An investigation is ongoing at this time.
