6-Week Qigong Class Starts May 27!
Qigong is the exercise of life energy.
This style of Qigong consists of 18 “movement-pictures” for your enjoyment and well-being. The class runs in a 6-week cycle, where we will practice the full sequence of 18 moves but focus on refining a few of them each week. We will also learn how to cultivate qi through exercises that warm up the body-mind in preparation for practicing the form.

This simple, gentle, powerful series of movements cultivates and harmonizes energy in body and mind. Classes are open to everyone, at any fitness level. The form can be done seated. You DO NOT have to be a resident of Lower Makefield Township to join the class.
