$3,700 Fraud, Disorderly Conduct Top Lower Makefield Twp. Crimes
The Lower Makefield Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the past week.
LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —A $3,700 credit card fraud and disorderly conduct were some of the criminal incidents handled by the Lower Makefield Township Police Department over the past week.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF —700 block of Stony Hill Road, reported at 6:59 p.m. The complainant reported that their vehicle was keyed.
RETAIL THEFT —1600 block of Big Oak Road at Shop Rite, reported at 7:01 p.m. Loss Prevention reported two unknown women entered the store, filled a cart with merchandise, and fled without paying. An investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 25
CREDIT CARD FRAUD —100 block of Dolington Road, reported at 10 a.m. The complainant reported clicking on a phishing link and later finding several unauthorized and unsuccessful attempts to charge their credit card.
THEFTS:
- 1500 block of Silo Road, reported at 2:49 p.m. The complainant reported hiring an alleged contractor, paying him a $7,000 deposit, and the work was never completed. An investigation is ongoing.
- 1600 block of Yardley-Langhorne Road at CVS, reported at 6:38 p.m. The complainant reported dropping their phone in the store and pinging it in the King of Prussia area.
Oct. 23
RETAIL THEFT —700 block of Stony Hill Road at Giant, reported at 9:30 a.m. Loss Prevention reported that on Oct. 21, an unknown man removed $217.33 worth of merchandise without paying.
IDENTITY THEFT —1200 Harrow Crescent reported at 3:05 p.m. The complainant reported
unknown person(s) opened a bank account in their name.
Oct. 22
DISORDERLY CONDUCT —100 block of Pine Lane, reported at 12:45 a.m. The complainant reported their residence being disturbed twice throughout the night. At 10:30 p.m., an unknown man with a shirt around his head banged on the door and fed in the back of a pickup truck. At 12:30 a.m., an unknown person(s) threw water balloons on the roof. An investigation is ongoing.
Oct. 21
CREDIT CARD FRAUD —500 block of South Dove Road, reported at 8:31 a.m. The complainant
reported the unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $3,700.50.
THEFT – 900 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Shady Brook Farm reported at 7:54PM.
Complainant reported theft of iPhone. Phone was tracked to I-95 North near New Jersey
before it was turned off.
Oct. 20
IDENTITY THEFT —7500 block of Spruce Mill Drive, reported at 11:05 a.m. The complainant reported a known person used their information to open credit cards. An investigation is ongoing.
