3 New Police Officers Added To Morrisville Ranks
One is a third-generation Bucks County police officer. All three will be officially sworn in at April's Morrisville Borough Council meeting.

MORRISVILLE, PA —Three new police officers are joining the ranks of the Morrisville Borough Police Department.
Mayor Gary Wallace ceremoniously swore in the officers earlier this week with a formal swearing-in ceremony with family and friends present taking place at the Borough Council's April 16 meeting.
The new officers are Dominic Chrzanowski, Amanda DeLuca, and Matthew Leonhauser.

Dominic Chrzanowski
Officer Chrzanowski grew up in Levittown and graduated from Pennsbury High School in 2018. He graduated from Bucks County Community College in 2020 with an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and transferred to West Chester University. He graduated from West Chester University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he enrolled in the Temple Municipal Police Academy where he graduated in March of 2023. He then accepted a full-time offer from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, where he worked for 1 year in the transportation division. While working there full-time, he also worked as a part-time police officer for the Bristol Borough Police Department. While off duty, he enjoys watching his favorite Philly sports teams and hanging with family and friends.
Amanda DeLuca
Officer DeLuca has been in Law Enforcement for four years, most recently employed by Temple University as a full-time Patrol Officer. She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She enjoys spending time with family and friends snowboarding, swimming, fishing and other outdoor activities. In addition to these hobbies, she enjoyed volunteering in and around the Temple University community.
Matthew Leonhauser
Officer Matthew Leonhauser is a Langhorne native and class of 2018 Neshaminy High School graduate. From 2018 to 2024, he proudly served six years in the Army National Guard as an 11B Infantryman, as well as a Military Honor Guard. From 2019-2024, he worked for five years in Middletown Township as a Community Service Officer. He completed the Temple Ambler Police Academy in the Fall of 2023 and shortly after began working as a part-time police officer for Tullytown Borough. He enjoys playing soccer in his free time, as well as playing basketball and softball leagues in the area. Leonhauser is a third-generation police officer and comes from a large family of police officers in Bucks County.
