80 Heroin Packets Found In Lower Makefield Traffic Stop

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A vehicle pulled over for violations during a traffic stop last week led to the discovery of heroin and marijuana, police said.

Lower Makefield Township Police pulled over a vehicle on West Trenton Avenue and Pine Grove Road at 2:24 a.m. last Monday for violations.

Further investigation led to the discovery of 80 packets of heroin and 32 grams of marijuana, police said.

A 24-year-old male driver from Morrisville was taken into police custody.

He was charged with possession of heroin and marijuana, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing/eluding police, and driving with a
suspended license, police said.
