THEFT BY DECEPTION — 5800 block of Spruce Mill Drive, reported at 1:22 p.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) intercepted a check and altered it. The total loss was $4,771.37.
SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMIT — 600 block of Rose Hollow Road, reported at 4:39 p.m. The complainant reported a solicitor for Resident Energy was soliciting without a permit.

March 4
WANTED PERSON — Langhorne-Yardley Road and Heacock Road, reported at 7:47 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 37-year-old female driver from Yardley Borough was wanted out of Montgomery County for a probation violation. She was taken into police custody.
March 2
RETAIL THEFT — 900 block of Vansant Drive at Wegmans, reported at 6 p.m. Loss Prevention reported on Feb. 2 that a woman entered the store and removed $416.88 worth of health & wellness merchandise without paying. She fled in a white Toyota Camry. The LPO advised the same woman recently removed $477 worth of merchandise from the Wegmans in Collegeville and fled in the same vehicle. An investigation led to the identity of the suspect, and a warrant was issued for the 40-year-old Philadelphia woman for retail theft.
March 1
DRUG ARREST — Yardley Road and Sutphin Road, reported at 2:14 a.m. Police on patrol received an LPR hit on a vehicle at the location. A car stop was conducted. Further investigation led to the discovery of methamphetamines. The 51-year-old male driver from Levittown and the 55-year-old female passenger from Bristol were arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. They were taken into police custody.
Feb. 28
DUI ARREST — Edgewood Road and Mill Road, reported at 1:08 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31-year-old male driver from Lower Makefield Township for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken into police custody.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Roelofs Road and Longmeadow Lane, reported at 3:05 p.m. The complainant reported while walking their dog, a man sprayed the dog with mace, unprovoked and without warning. The man was still on scene upon police arrival and admitted to spraying the dog with mace. The 63-year-old township man was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Cruelty to Animals.
Feb. 27
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Heacock Road and Cardinal Drive, reported at 3:33 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 29-year-old male driver from LMT was cited for Disorderly Conduct.
DRUG ARREST — Oxford Valley Road and Route 1, reported at 9:05 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of drugs and paraphernalia. The 54-year-old male driver from Aldan was taken into police custody. He was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and vehicle related offenses.
