LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —Those 400 Jack-O-Lanterns that lit up the night along the Delaware Canal Towpath in Yardley for a week have new life.

Patterson Farm Preservation said the Canal-O-Ween pumpkins go to the farm where they were grown.

They provide food for wildlife until they are tilled back into the soil to provide nutrients for next year's crops, Patterson Farm Preservation said in a Facebook post.
