LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Lower Makefield Township Police Department has released its police blotter of criminal incidents for the past week, including two burglaries and a child endangerment case.

BURGLARY — 1400 block of Heather Ridge Drive, reported at 12:25 a.m. Police responded to the report of a burglary not in progress at the location. Further investigation revealed surveillance video from Jan. 9 at 6:19 p.m. showed two unknown person(s) used a ladder to force entry via a second-floor bathroom window. Jewelry was reported missing. An investigation is ongoing.
FRAUD — 700 block of Bushnell Lane, reported at 9:11 a.m. The complainant reported that a known person petitioned a fraudulent POA against them and has been wiring money from their account without authorization.

Jan. 12
CREDIT CARD FRAUD — 600 block of Leslie Lane, reported at 1:17 p.m. The complainant reported an unauthorized use of their credit card for $10,800.
Jan. 11
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — 1900 block of Woodside Road at the Garden of Reflection, reported at 8:42 a.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) drove a quad through the fields and caused heavy turf damage. An investigation also revealed damage at Woodside Road and Dolington Road. The investigation is ongoing.
ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN ARREST — 900 block of Vansant Drive at Wegmans, reported at 9:06 p.m. Police responded to the report of an intoxicated woman who was denied the purchase of alcohol and had a young child in her custody. Police found a woman operating a vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted. The 44-year-old township woman was taken into police custody. She
was charged with DUI and Endangering the Welfare of Children. She was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison on $25,000 with 10 percent bail.
Jan. 10
BURGLARY — 1300 block of Prospect Farm Drive, reported at 12:56 a.m. Police responded to the report of a burglary not in progress at the location. Further investigation revealed that an unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a second-floor bedroom window and removed a firearm, jewelry, and about $15,000 cash. An investigation is ongoing.
