Crews Fixing Water Main Break In Lower Makefield

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — Crews from Pennsylvania American Water Company were on the the scene of a water main break in Lower Makefield Township on Thursday morning.

The break happened at Big Oak and Makefield roads, according to Lower Makefield Township Police. Police said only about 10 customers were without water Thursday morning.

The fix was expected to take about eight hours. Traffic in the area will be impacted as crews work, police said.
