Drug Arrest, Car Into Tree Top Lower Makefield Crimes
The Lower Makefield Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the past week.
LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —A drug arrest and a vehicle hitting a tree are among the criminal incidents the Lower Makefield Township Police Department reported in its blotter released on Friday.

DRUG ARREST —1000 block of Stony Hill Rd., reported at 10:45 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana, pills, and paraphernalia. The 32-year-old Philadelphia man was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The 33-year-old male passenger from Philadelphia had several warrants for his arrest out of Bensalem, East Whiteland, Pennsylvania State Police, Downingtown, and Department of Corrections. He was taken into custody for False ID to Law Enforcement.
THEFT —200 block of River Road, reported at 6 p.m. The complainant reported the theft of
package on June 22.

June 26
SOLICITORS —Glen Oak Drive and Freedom Drive, reported at 12:50 p.m. The complainant
reported solicitors for Victory Home Remodeling soliciting without permits. They were
advised to cease soliciting until permits were obtained.
FRAUD —200 block of Flint Court, reported at 2:32 p.m. The complainant reported hiring Home
Repair LLC to complete work on their residence that was damaged by a hail storm. The insurance check was cashed, but the work has not been completed. The company has not responded to the homeowner’s attempts to contact them. An investigation is ongoing.
June 25
ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST —Big Oak Road and Ferry Road, reported at 2:32 a.m. Police
responded to the report of a one-vehicle accident into a tree. Further investigation led to
the arrest of a 23-year-old Morrisville woman for Driving Under the Influence.
June 24
THEFT —1200 block of Barclay Crescent reported at 7 p.m. The complainant reported
theft of two bicycles from their rear yard sometime between June 20-21.
June 23
THEFT FROM VEHICLE —300 block of Daleview Drive, reported at 10:46 a.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicles and removed the vehicles’ registration and insurance cards.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT —1000 Edgewood Road at LMT Pool, reported at 5:45 p.m. The complainant reported an intoxicated, disorderly subject at the pool. A 42-year-old Ewing (NJ) man was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.
June 22
CREDIT CARD FRAUD —300 block of Saly Road, reported at 6:15 p.m. The complainant reported several unauthorized charges for $746.20 on their credit card.
