Drug Arrest Made In Yardley

YARDLEY, PA — Yardley Police on Friday arrested a man from Levittown they say was driving through the borough with drug paraphernalia.

At 5:17 p.m. Friday, an officer was on patrol on Delaware Avenue and spotted a vehicle with expired registration and canceled insurance. Police say the officer stopped the vehicle and, upon investigating, found several hypodermic needles, both used and unused, and other drug paraphernalia inside.

The driver, a 33-year-old man from Levittown, was arrested and charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, according to police.
