Fire Damages Home In Morrisville Borough
The Morrisville Fire Department and mutual aid crews battled a fire for two hours on Thursday afternoon.
MORRISVILLE, PA —Fire crews battled a house fire on West Philadelphia Avenue Thursday afternoon for two hours before it was contained, fire officials said.
The Morrisville Fire Company Station 98 along with mutual aid assistance from the Falls Township Fire Company No. 1 and the Fairless Hills Fire Department responded at 12:11 p.m. Thursday to the 100 block of West Philadelphia Ave for a reported house fire.

Fire crews found a 1.5-story single-family home with fire showing from the corner.
Crews operated for about two hours to extinguish the fire.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Morrisville firefighters were on the scene at Williamson Park handling a brush fire near Park Avenue. Engine 98 was in service for about 30 minutes before returning.
