Flooding Forces Road Closures In Lower Makefield Township
Lower Makefield Township officials said the roads were closed due to flooding from the storm overnight. Find out where below.

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —Several township roads are closed Wednesday following a storm that brought heavy rainfall and high winds overnight.
Lower Makefield Township officials said that the following roads were closed as of Wednesday morning:
- Taylorsville Road closed between Woodside & Mt. Eyre Roads.
- Yardley-Langhorne Road eastbound closed at DeKalb Drive.
- River Road closed between Macclesfield Park and Letchworth Avenue.
The forecast for today is for brightening skies with a high temperature near 50. It will be breezy with a west wind 15 to 25 mph. Overnight it will be partly cloudy with a low around freezing.
