FZ Works Welcomed With Ribbon-Cutting In Yardley
The South Main Street business offers a co-workspace environment that's popular with modern professionals, its owner said.

YARDLEY, PA —FZ Works, a new co-workspace business for professionals, celebrated its opening Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its location in the borough's downtown district.
In honor of its official opening, free day passes are being offered to attendees for a future workday visit, FZ Works' owner said.
"Yardley Borough is really a special place and we look forward to growing and becoming a hub for businesses and professionals in Bucks County," FZ Works Owner Charles Barrett said during the ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick congratulated Barrett for "providing a beautiful space where professionals can work, collaborate, and host corporate and social events."
The shared workspace and events venue was designed by Barrett, a long-time borough resident, as a way to create a modern, full-service, co-working office for local professionals that features cutting-edge technology and equipment, super-fast Wi-Fi, and numerous modern amenities to make the workday more enjoyable and productive for members.

+ List My Business"So many companies now offer remote and hybrid work options, so having a co-workspace close to home is very popular among modern professionals," Barrett said.
The just-remodeled FZ Works on the second floor of 9 S.Main St. features an ergonomically-friendly workplace with multiple, walnut-topped tables made by Philadelphia Table Company, chair styles for a variety of postures, plenty of standing workstation options, lounge and bar-height seating, and conference, podcast, and quiet rooms that can be reserved for private use.
Among those attending the ceremony were Yardley Borough Police Chief Joseph Kelly, Mayor Chris Harding, Councilmen Uri Feiner and David Appelbaum, State Rep. Perry Warren, Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce Board Chairwoman Kristen Farry, LBCCC Executive Director Joseph Szafran, and LBCCC Director of Events and Membership Jude Martin-Cianfano.
"I am grateful for the encouragement that FZ Works has received since we first opened our doors, but (Friday) was really next-level community support. I am so humbled by the attendance by friends, members, local businesses, and government officials," Barrett said.
He said since FZ Works opened in early April, many have signed up for membership, attended social gatherings, and participated in the free professional development training.
