It's So Cold That The Delaware River Has Frozen Over (PHOTOS)
We don't need to tell you it's cold. But in case you'd like a visual reminder, we present to you: the frozen-over Delaware River.

We don't need to tell you it's cold. Really cold. Really, really cold. An arctic blast continues to grip Bucks County and the entire region, with a scary-sounding "bomb cyclone" winter hurricane on the way for parts of the East Coast.
And while the name of that storm is rather terrifying, the winter freeze is creating some astounding beauty in Bucks County.
Yes, it's so cold that parts of the Delaware River in between Bucks and Mercer counties have frozen over. The extreme temperatures have created a landscape of frozen tundra around Trenton and Morrisville, and there are several patches of frozen water from there up north to Washington Crossing and beyond. (See photos below)

PHOTO: It's not entirely uncommon for the Delaware River to freeze. In 2014, considerable ice led to jams near Trenton. Via YouTube
