Lower Makefield’s Bird Town PA is proud to report that we achieved Gold level Certification, the highest possible level, in 2025. In order to achieve this prestigious award, member and volunteer hours must be spent on various categories such as Municipal, School, Community etc. In 2025 57 volunteers spent over 755 hours working on projects in all of those categories.
Bird Town PA LMT Chair Jeanne Bray would like to thank Heidi Shiver, Bird Town PA President and the Bird Town PA group for their help and our LMT staff for their support.Thanks also go to LMT’s EAC and Yardley’s EAC, with whom we have collaborated.And, of course, kudos to the many volunteers whose commitment made the attainment of Gold Certification possible.
Currently, many bird oriented programs are in the works and we look forward to sharing them with our many bird-loving residents. See you in 2026.
