Lower Bucks Teen Found With Gun, His Vehicle Used In Armed Robbery
Lower Makefield Police said the Bensalem teenager's vehicle was used in a Bristol robbery last week.
LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A 19-year-old Bensalem teenager is in custody after police found weapons in a vehicle that was stolen during an armed robbery in Bristol Borough last week.
The Lower Makefield Township Police Department responded to Route 1 and Oxford Valley Road at 8:55 a.m. Thursday after receiving an alert about a vehicle that was stolen during an armed robbery in Bristol Borough on Wednesday.
The vehicle was also involved in a shooting in Mercer County, N.J., using a high-capacity magazine handgun, police said.

Lower Makefield Police conducted a felony traffic stop on the vehicle. A handgun and a high-capacity magazine drum were located in the vehicle, police said.
It was determined that the vehicle was registered to the male driver, but he failed to notify police of its recovery.

The 19-year-old Bensalem teenager was taken into custody. He was arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of$75,000 bail with 10 percent.
The unnamed teenager was charged with carrying a firearm without a license.
