Lower Makefield Seniors Offer Free Lunch & Learn Event

Join the Lower Makefield Seniors for a FREE Lunch & Learn event – “Leaving a Blessing, NOT a Burden” on Thursday, September 17th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lower Makefield Township Community Center, 1550 Oxford Valley Road, Yardley, PA 19067.

This informative seminar is open to the public. Scott Mitchell, Advanced Planning Counselor with Life Celebration by Givnish, will cover essential topics including:

• Organizing your important documents
• Medicaid and asset protection
• The five-year look back period
• How to leave more to your family – tax free
• Veterans’ benefits
• The advantages of pre-planning your funeral and final expenses

Space is limited, so we encourage registering early. The registration deadline is September 13th. The attached registration form can be completed and mailed to the Lower Makefield Seniors c/o of the Lower Makefield Township Community Center (address above). (Forms can also be found on our website: lmt.org/information/seniors/ ). LMS members can leave their registration form in the LMS mailbox outside the Frank Fazalorre classroom.
