LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —A Philadelphia man has been charged after police in Bucks County said he led police on a three-town chase in a stolen car before crashing into an SUV with seven people inside on Thanksgiving, authorities said.
The Lower Makefield Township Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Polo Run Drive at 7:19 p.m. Thursday for a suspicious vehicle.
