Pennsbury Seniors Getting Special Graduation Day

With the commencement ceremony planned for Wednesday canceled due to coronavirus, teachers and staff worked to still make the day special.

FALLSINGTON, PA — On what should have been their graduation day, Pennsbury High School seniors were getting some special nods on Wednesday.

Originally scheduled for Wednesday at Falcon Field, commencement ceremonies were canceled due the coronavirus shutdown. But the faculty, staff and administrators at Pennsbury High, with help from the school's PTO and student council, were carrying out special events for seniors instead.

Gift bags with a few surprises and special messages were being hand-delivered to each senior's home Wednesday morning.
