Businesses Disrupted By Juveniles In Yardley: Police

The Yardley Borough Police Department has sent out a parental advisory about juveniles disrupting businesses on Tuesday.

YARDLEY, PA —The Yardley Borough Police Department has issued a parental advisory regarding juveniles running around the borough.

With the schools closed for the primary election, police officers responded to multiple calls of disorderly juveniles Tuesday.

Many of these complaints came from businesses, police said.

Police said that several businesses reported groups running inside, throwing ice, using water pistols indoors, shouting profanity toward store employees, and throwing projectiles.

Police said as warmer weather approaches that police officers who encounter the juveniles will take enforcement action, including the filing of criminal charges or juvenile allegations.
