Possible Chemical Exposure At Pennsbury High School Pool, 5 Students Hospitalized: District

Possible chemical exposure at Pennsbury High School is under investigation after five students were transported to area hospitals following an incident at the school's pool, the district confirmed.

Around 2 p.m., school employee called for assistance from the pool house, saying there may have been possible chemical exposure.

The pool house was immediately evacuated. Five students who complained of respiratory issues are undergoing medical evaluation at area hospitals, the district said.

The cause of the possible chemical exposure is under investigation.
