Pride Flag Destroyed At Yardley Church, Suspect Identified
Another LGBTQ flag was damaged at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, the second in the past two years at the church.
YARDLEY, PA —The Yardley Borough Police Department has identified the suspect involved in "institutional vandalism" at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.
Yardley Borough Police said that on Monday, a person of interest was captured on video surveillance destroying a Pride flag.
Police said that a suspect had been identified, but no further details were released about the suspect's identity or what charges have been filed.

Two years ago, last September, the rainbow flag promoting LGBTQ pride at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church off Lake Afton was vandalized.
Church officials said the flag was removed from the church's sign, its mounting forcibly broken, and the flag was lying in the parking lot smeared with feces.

It was unknown at this time if the suspect is the same in both incidents. Police also did not state what "institutional vandalism" included.
