Results Of Yardley Area School Board, Council Races For 2023

YARDLEY, PA —The Yardley Borough Council slate looks like its making history with all seven candidates uncontested in Tuesday's general election.

Residents cast votes for Yardley and Morrisville Borough Council races, the Pennsbury and Morrisville school boards, and the Lower Makefield Township supervisors race, along with Bucks County government races.

All results from the Bucks County Board of Elections are unofficial.

With 18.8 percent of voter turnout and 20 percent of Bucks County's 306 precincts reporting, these are the results of the races:

Lower Makefield Township Supervisors (2, 6-Year Terms)

Democrat Daniel Grenier —3,202 votes

Democrat Matthew Ross —3,227 votes

Republican Allen DePuy —985 votes

Morrisville Borough Council

Democrat Nancy Sherlock —92 votes

Republican Scott Robinson —32 votes

Democrat/Republican Melissa Johnson —78 votes

3rd Ward (1 Term)

Democrat Robert Perry —89 votes
