Sept. 28
IDENTITY THEFT —400 block of Kathryn Ct., reported at 5:54 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) opened several credit cards in their name.

Sept. 27
BLACKMAIL & EXTORTION —1000 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Hampton Inn, reported at 9:02 p.m. The complainant reported being the victim of a sextortion scam.
Sept. 26
IDENTITY THEFT —500 block of Leslie Lane, reported at 10:53 a.m. The complainant reported receiving an email from a car dealership they never did business regarding a service completed for a vehicle they do not own. The dealership confirmed an unknown person used their identity to service their vehicle.
THEFT —1400 block of Heather Ridge Drive, reported at 3:03 p.m. The complainant reported the
theft of a package from their front porch. The suspect was caught on surveillance. The investigation is ongoing.

THEFT —1700 block of Dobry Road, reported at 2:27 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown
person(s) entered the unlocked trailer and removed over $2,000 worth of tools.
Sept. 24
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF —2000 block of Polo Run Drive, reported at 12:01 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) scratched their vehicle.
RETAIL THEFT —1600 block of Big Oak Road at Shop Rite reported at 12:01 p.m. Loss Prevention reported an unknown male removed $191.68 worth of merchandise without paying. The investigation is continuing.
Sept. 23
FRAUD —1900 block of Waterford Road, reported at 4:34 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) accessed their information and opened various accounts in their name.
BURGLARY —300 block of Emerald Drive, reported at 6:50 p.m. Police responded to the report of a burglary in progress where the house sitter did not recognize two men entering the home. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 42-year-old Kennett Square man for burglary, criminal trespass, and related offenses.
Sept. 22
FRAUD —500 block of Cedar Hollow Drive, reported at 9:46 p.m. The complainant reported
falling victim to an online scam and forwarding information for $5,000 worth of Target gift cards to an unknown person.
